SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our shipping department will carefully pack your order and mail it in approximately 24 hours following receipt of payment. Items purchased after hours Fri-Sun will be shipped on the next business day. We only ship to confirmed addresses that match the address on your payment billing statement.
Domestic Orders – FREE Shipping!!
All orders within the United States will be shipped for free via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive your order within 4-5 business days and most times even sooner.
International Orders – Shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
All orders outside of the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping rates are calculated by the USPS web site shipping calculator.
* Some items may require an additional $10 shipping charge due to their increased size and weight. (I.e. DMP Packs, Jordan Retro 1-25thAnniversary Edition, etc.). This information will be included in the item description.

- All of our items ship from our warehouse here in New York.
- All items shipped from BROOKLYNAJAYS.com are doubled boxed - meaning your shoes will be placed inside a discrete plain brown box to protect the sneaker box and its contents.
Cancellation, Change of Order, Returns, Exchange & Price Protection Policies...
IMPORTANT!: It is important to note that any returns without authorization in writing from us are subject to refusal. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK UNTIL WE EMAIL YOU WITH AUTHORIZATOIN!
In order to expedite the return process, please follow the simple instructions below:
- Read through the policy below.
- Simply fill in the form below and press SUBMIT.
- Your request will be sent to the RETURNS DEPARTMENT.
- We will email you to notify you of your authorization & return instructions for sending your order back.
Order Cancellation OR Change Policy:
We process and pack orders as they come in, and ship promptly. We cannot cancel or change your order after it has shipped. If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them in accordance with our returns policy.
Any change requests must be made through our contact page. If you place an order between 5pm ET Friday and 9am ET Monday, your order may not be cancelled or changed, as we have staff packing and shipping throughout the weekend that will not see your change or cancellation request.
Your item may be subject to a 10% re-processing fee if your order is cancelled after payment has been processed and not yet shipped. This processing normally occurs immediately upon receipt of your order payment. This charge represents our costs incurred to reprocess your transaction and to unpack and restock your order items by our sales and warehouse staff.
We will make every effort to cancel your order; however most orders are processed and shipped immediately. Once your order has been picked up by the delivering carrier, it cannot be cancelled and then must follow the return policy below.
NOTE: All New Air Jordan Releases are treated as a commodity and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
Return for Exchange of an Item:
- All items exchanged must be unworn and original box, and all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, or cases, etc.).
- Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of the delivery of your item.
- Certain items CANNOT be returned, i.e. DMP packages, New Jordan Releases, etc. Please check product descriptions before placing your order or requesting exchange. Items not qualifying for exchange will be clearly stated in the details of each item.
Returning your purchase for refund:
- All items returned must be unworn and original box, and all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, cases, extra laces, etc.) or refund will reflect a 15% restocking fee.
- You must return your unworn item/s within 14 days of receipt of your item.
- Because initial shipping and handling is free, ALL orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee when returning your item/s for refund. (exception - error was due to BROOKLYNAJAYS- i.e. wrong size shipped, etc.)
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless of course there was an error on our end that facilitated the return. In the case of international returns - please ship back via Priority Mail.
- Processing of refunds may take up to 5 business days from the time we receive your return. Notice to Credit Card Users: It may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show on your credit card depending on your credit card establishment.
- Any shipment that is refused and returned to us will be subject to an automatic 15% restocking fee, without notifying customer.
Price Protection Policy:
Due to the nature of the shoe reselling market, BROOKLYNAJAYS cannot honor price protection on the sale of shoes.
Example: You purchase a pair of shoes for $160 today, and the same pair of shoes goes on sale tomorrow for $140, we cannot refund the difference. We apologize for this inconvenience.
